The cordic algorithm is used for the simultaneous calculation of sine and cosine values of a given angle input in radians. It is used in a host of DSP applications such as - inverters, uninterrupted power supplies (UPS), RF Modulation and Demodulation, Phase Locked Loops (PLL) and floating point processors

CONTENTS

The above VLSI components will be designed in VHDL/ Verilog each will be designed and simulated on the QUARTUS software from ALTERA Inc and implemented on the VLSI design kit.
